Safa’s main factory is based in Fulda, Germany, but we offer free shipping worldwide for orders over $150.00. This is inclusive of promotional prices.

The majority of our orders are expected to arrive 10 working days after the order is made. This may differ depending on local delivery routes and restrictions, and during busy times of the year.

All our products are packaged with safety in mind, so they’ll arrive with you in perfect condition, no matter how turbulent the journey.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day free return policy, meaning you can return any of our products within a month for a full refund.

Every order also comes with a full 2-year warranty. If anything breaks or malfunctions with your goods within 24 months, we’ll make it right.
